چکیده
Variable cross-section roll forming is a new process developed on the basis of traditional constant forming. It can produce variable products flexibly and efficiently, which great significance to automobile lightweight. In this paper, rolling section longitudinal beam simulated, finite element model sheet metal established in ABAQUS software, deformation stress distribution are analyzed. concluded that plastic strain corner area much higher than those web flange area, followed by finally area.
